Fees for classes are 6.00 per class, OR pay per session! See Services https://mshyoga.ca/services for detailed information on fees. All classes are 55 minutes. Payment is via e-transfer. Payments must be received in advance of yoga sessions.

Transformative Tuesday
3:30 pm – Virtual class – A combination of mindful yin yoga and deep stretch asana. Suitable for all levels of yoga. Tune in to the sensations in your body, the flow of your breath, be present in ‘this’ moment. Longer held Yin yoga poses are sprinkled through this deep stretch class. The deep stretch prepares the body and the mind for holding the Yin poses which strengthen and rejuvenate the plastic tissues: bones, cartilage, ligaments, and deep fascia layers.
Thriving Thursday
3:30 pm – Virtual class – An energizing vinyasa flow practice to synchronize body, mind, and spirit; build strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels of yoga: advance or modify according to your individual needs.
Spacious Saturday
11:00 am – Virtual class – Once per month a restorative class to heal and repair the body, mind, and spirit, allowing the sympathetic nervous system to quiet, and the parasympathetic nervous system to kick in. One space available for May 30th.
Mindfulness Meditation
Thursday 3:00 pm – Twenty minute virtual sessions of mindfulness on the second Thursday of each month. Based on a theme of the four foundations of mindfulness, the Four Heart Practices, and other yogic and Buddhist philosophies. $5.00 per session.
Saturated Saturday Yin 11:00 am – An in-person class one Saturday per month. We hold yin poses for 3 to 4 minutes, allowing muscles to soften, so that the poses work on plastic tissues: Bones, cartilage, ligaments, deep fascia layers. Based in the tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Five spaces available, first come first served. One space available for June 20th. $10.00 per session
Virtual Class run from September to June.
