Fees for classes are 5.00 per class, OR 30.00 for one month unlimited access! All classes are 55 minutes. Payment is via e-transfer. Payments must be received in advance of yoga sessions.

7:00 pm Gentle Yoga – A gentle class that includes some vinyasa flow, with longer holds of poses, really helping you to tune into your body and your breath. Expect prop-supported postures that make poses accessible to all, with an emphasis on stretching.
8:00 am Flow – Suitable for all levels of yoga: advance or modify according to your individual needs. An energizing yoga flow practice to synchronize body, mind, and spirit!
5:00 pm Power – Suitable for all levels of yoga. Advance or modify according to your needs. Increase flexibility and strength and enjoy a great cardio workout! Stay after class for our discussion of yoga philosophy and techniques!
4:00 pm Flow – Suitable for all levels of yoga: advance or modify according to your individual needs. An energizing yoga flow practice to synchronize body, mind, and spirit!
8:30 am Deep Stretch – Suitable for all levels of yoga. Advance or modify according to your needs. A gentle practice geared to enhance flexibility, release tension, and engage the para-sympathetic nervous system.
One Sunday per month
12:00 pm Restorative Yoga – Restorative yoga seeks to heal and repair the body and mind, allowing your sympathetic nervous system to quiet, and your parasympathetic nervous system to take over. This gives you the opportunity to ‘rest and digest’. Poses are held for 5 to 10 minutes. In Restorative yoga, we look to feel no sensation: the body feels completely supported. For this practice, you will require three to four blankets, two yoga blocks (or suitable replacement, e.g., books) two bolsters or pillows, and possibly an eye pillow or covering.
