From the young to the golden years, almost any one and any body can practice yoga.
Below are the various services offered by Roxanna that will allow you to increase your Mindfulness, heal the Emotional, (re)connect to the Spiritual, and improve your Health, all through yoga. First-time clients are entitled to one complimentary class in each category. Use the Contact form for more information.
All individuals must complete a Registration form indicating health prior to your first session with Roxanna.
Private yoga instruction
Roxanna will come to your home, or meet with you virtually using the Zoom platform. Together with you, she will look at your specific needs: what are your goals, what are your challenges, are there any injuries, or is there pain which you want to address? Sessions are one hour in length. In-person: $45.00 / Virtual: $30.00
Group yoga instruction
Roxanna will come to your group location, or meet with your group on Zoom. Sessions can be geared to a variety of skill levels: from beginner, to intermediate, to more advanced yogis, or seniors. Alternatively, individuals can join the current virtual (see below) classes offered. In-person range: $40.00 – $100.00 total per session, depending on class size / Virtual range: $30.00 – $75.00 total per session, depending on class size.
In combining her Early Childhood Education with yoga certification, Roxanna has developed unique yoga experiences for young children. Sessions are 30 minutes in length, either in groups or individual, and are geared to specific age groups. In-person: $30.00 total per session / Virtual: $25.00 total per session.
Thai yoga massage
One-on-one, in-person sessions which include a yoga warm-up to gently wake your muscles and joints. This is followed by restorative yoga poses that are enhanced with gentle Thai massage stretches. 45 minute session: $45.00
Yoga designed for pregnancy, specific to the individual, whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice. Prenatal yoga includes meditation, affirmations, breathing (pranayama practices), as well as asana for building and maintaining strength and flexibility. In-person: $45.00 / Virtual: $30.00; Group in-person range: $40.00 – $100.00 total per session, depending on class size / Group virtual: $5.00 per person, per session.
Virtual (Zoom) scheduled classes
Practice safely from your own home. Save time, choose the classes you love, at times that suit your schedule. Join the MSH virtual community, and connect with yogis from all over Canada and the world! The virtual platform used is Zoom. Participants must have or create a Zoom Basic account (free) to access the password-protected classes.
