Virtual Class Schedule

Save time and money! Practice from the comfort, and safety of your own home! Choose the time that works best for your schedule. Choose the classes that you love! Create a Zoom Basic (free) account and login for your classes. Head to the Contact page and send a message with the classes you would like to register for.

Fees for classes are 6.00 per class, OR pay per session! See Services https://mshyoga.ca/services for detailed information on fees. All classes are 55 minutes. Payment is via e-transfer. Payments must be received in advance of yoga sessions.

Transformative Tuesday

3:30 pm – A combination of mindful yin yoga and deep stretch asana. Suitable for all levels of yoga. Tune in to the sensations in your body, the flow of your breath, be present in ‘this’ moment. Longer held Yin yoga poses are sprinkled through this deep stretch class. The deep stretch prepares the body and the mind for holding the Yin style poses which strengthen and rejuvenate the plastic tissues: bones, tendons, cartilage, and deep fascial layers.

Thriving Thursday

3:30 pm – An energizing vinyasa flow practice to synchronize body, mind, and spirit; build strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels of yoga: advance or modify according to your individual needs.

Spacious Saturday
11:00 am – Once per month a restorative class to heal and repair the body, mind, and spirit, allowing the sympathetic nervous system to quiet, and the parasympathetic nervous system to kick in. A half hour journaling session follows for those who are interested.*(An additional 6.00 fee for the yoga only or 10.00 for yoga and journaling applies for this class.)

Mindfulness Meditation
Wednesdays 3:00 pm – Twenty minute sessions of mindfulness based on a theme of the four foundations of mindfulness, the Four Heart Practices, and other yogic and Buddhist philosophies. $5.00 per session of $10.00 for a month.

Virtual Class run from September to June.
