My Style

Here’s how I’ve helped people

• My style of instruction is trauma-informed. This is based on the fact that 2/3 of the Canadian population has been exposed to at least one traumatic event. (Public Health Canada)

• Group yoga instruction in hatha, vinyasa, deep stretch, fusion style, and detox yoga

• Traditional hot yoga

• Therapeutic yoga, including yoga for PTSD

• Thai yoga massage for individual clients

• Children’s yoga

• Prenatal yoga

• Group yoga instruction in institutional setting (e.g., condominium, office, school)

• Customized private yoga instruction for individuals in my home or yours

• Online (Zoom) yoga instruction for individuals and groups
